This policy explains how Kitsilando handles information collected through kitsilando.ca.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a free design, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, industry, goals, and message. We also attach limited first-party campaign information to your request, such as campaign tags, Google click identifiers, landing path, and referring domain. We do not capture the full referring URL. If you allow measurement, we may also collect device, browser, page, campaign, and interaction information through Google measurement services.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare website concepts, provide services, prevent abuse, understand campaign performance, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, deliver lead notifications, process payments, and—only after consent—measure analytics and advertising performance. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Measurement choices
Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement is disabled until you select Allow measurement. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change your choice at any time.
Retention and security
We retain lead information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we control, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential email communications.
